How can we help?
For help with Circa, email me@amb.horse. Include a short description of what happened and the iPhone model you’re using. Please don’t send verification codes.
Signing in
Enter your mobile number and request a verification code. If a code does not arrive, confirm the country code and phone number, wait a moment, then request another. You can also continue in Guest mode without creating an account.
Changing your city
Tap the city chip at the top of Circa. You can let Circa use your current city or set a city manually. When manual mode is selected, Circa does not request your device location.
Friends and contacts
Use the add button to add a Circa friend, select a contact, or create a private manual entry. Contact access is optional, and manual entries are visible only to you.
Location privacy
Circa uses device location only to determine your city and state. Exact coordinates are never stored or sent to Circa’s backend.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, email me@amb.horse. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.
